Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using Volition, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Volition on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Volition provides AI-assisted front-office software for service businesses, including customer communications, workflow automation, scheduling coordination, dispatch support, quote preparation, and follow-up tools. Specific features may depend on your plan, configuration, integrations, and signed order forms or service agreements.

Accounts and responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate account, billing, and operational information.
• You are responsible for content, data, instructions, and integrations submitted through your account.
• You must have the permissions and notices needed to send customer communications and process customer data through Volition.

Acceptable use

You may not use Volition to:

• Violate law, third-party rights, platform rules, or messaging-provider policies.
• Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or unauthorized communications.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the security or operation of Volition.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell, or misuse the service except as expressly allowed.
• Submit sensitive personal data unless your agreement with us allows it and appropriate safeguards are in place.

Customer data and AI outputs

You retain ownership of data and content you provide to Volition. You grant Jaep FZCO the rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that data to provide and improve Volition. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how to use them, especially before confirming appointments, dispatches, quotes, payments, legal terms, or other commitments to customers.

Third-party services

Volition may connect with third-party services such as WhatsApp, telephony providers, email providers, payment processors, calendar tools, CRM systems, analytics tools, cloud infrastructure, and AI infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, policies, and fees. Jaep FZCO is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

Fees and subscriptions

Paid services, billing cycles, taxes, usage charges, renewal terms, and cancellation rights are described in the applicable order form, invoice, checkout flow, or written agreement. Unless those documents say otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual property

Volition, including its software, design, workflows, documentation, brand, and other materials, is owned by Jaep FZCO or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may use Volition only as permitted by these Terms and any applicable agreement.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, a security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment, or risk to Volition, users, customers, providers, or third parties. You may stop using Volition at any time, subject to any payment or notice obligations in your agreement.

Disclaimers

Volition is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that Volition will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every use case.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jaep FZCO and its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, business interruption, or loss of data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Volition will be limited to the amounts paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, unless a different limit is stated in a signed agreement.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless a signed agreement says otherwise. The courts of Dubai, UAE will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory law or dispute-resolution clause in a signed agreement.
